Forever Litter Trays Limited 10 Year Warranty

Your Forever Litter Tray is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase, if used and maintained under normal conditions, and when following Cleaning and Care Instructions as part of the How to Use section at www.foreverlittertrays.com. If found to be defective, Manufacturer will replace your Forever Litter Tray for free. Shipping and handling charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

This Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents or use other than the intended use as a reusable replacement tray for Scoopfree automatic litter boxes.

To the extent allowed by law, Forever Litter Trays, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for any personal injury, property or incidental damage of any kind resulting from malfunctions, defects, misuse, improper use or alteration of this product.

This Limited 10 Year Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Forever Litter Tray. If returning the product directly to Forever Litter Trays, Inc., a copy of the original purchase receipt must be included to exercise this Warranty. This is the only Limited Warranty available and cannot be altered, enlarged or changed by any retailer or person whatsoever.
